Just Qual, LLC is a boutique qualitative healthcare marketing research firm with extensive global and online capabilities. Principal Eric Swatek is a PRC Certified Expert who has been serving both pharmaceutical and medical device clients since 1998. We have experience in a variety of healthcare categories – from HIV to Hernia, from Alzheimer’s to Allergy, and we’re known for leveraging technology and new methods to make qualitative research more efficient and effective.

We have completed scores of online IDI and Focus Group projects utilizing the state of the art Adobe Connect Pro platform over the years. Our experience with online research includes positioning, messaging and concept research, website usability testing and strategic acquisition projects.
