We are qualitative research specialists: experienced, curious, smart, and strategic.Our boutique firm is small enough to provide our clients with personalized service; and large enough to innovate and collaborate to meet our clients’ unique needs.

We are equipped with a toolbox of proven and forward thinking methods that allow for creative study design and transformative insights. Our methods include face-to-face, telephone, ethnographic, mobile and online (webcam groups, bulletin boards, video diaries, immersion). In addition, we have become experts at integrating social media analysis as another source of data and insights for our clients.
