QRCA member Jeff Walkowski first began using online qualitative methods in his consulting practice in the mid-1990s. He is the co-editor of "Qualitative Research Online" (2004), has made conference presentations about online qualitative research in North America, Europe, and Asia, and sometimes thinks of changing his name to "Mr. Online."
